A four-year letter-winner in Baseball at Gulliver Prep, Gabe was ranked 91st overall HS prospect in the class of 2006 by Baseball America, which earned him Puma All-America honors. At Duke University, he started all 4 years for the Blue Devils, was selected to the All-ACC Academic Team & ACC Academic Honor Roll. In 2011, Gabriel began competing in Sprint & Olympic distance triathlons, 2012 his 1st 1/2 Ironman. Since then , Gabe has participated in the 70.3 Miami 2012, 70.3 Puerto Rico 2013, 70.3 Haynes City 2013, Ironman Louisville 2013, and 70.3 Miami 2013, the ING Miami Half Marathon 2013 & ING NYC Marathon. Gabe is a great role model for anyone trying to make a transition from team to individual sport, all while finishing law school!
