Dylan Silverman is a senior at Palmetto Senior High School in Pinecrest, Florida. He eats, sleeps and breathes health and fitness. He plays Attack on the varsity lacrosse team at Palmetto and also wants to play in college. Dylan works hard on his game on the field. Off the field, he works just as hard on staying fit – building his body in the weight room and keeping track of what he eats to fuel his body.
He has done a great deal of research to understand how to eat nutritious, healthy meals.
Dylan is also involved in his community, spending time educating other teenagers on how to live drug free, healthy lives.
